A creation!

Spent a very happy time in Poland. First in Warsaw, where we were made to fill out a strange questionnaire and also watch two Scorpions rock concerts on DVD, then at a brilliant wedding in Radom. Polish weddings are the best. Lots of dancing and vodka shots and oh, soooo much food. I particularly loved the presentation of the table nibbles.

Mister K RIP

I haven't written anything in ages and so I'm sorry that I'm back with bad news. Mister K - the modern menswear shop in West Norwood - is closing down! Maybe it was because the tudor-style shop front didn't really shout 'modern'? Or maybe there are no modern men left in West Norwood? Either way, it's a sad day for modern men everywhere. The high street has lost a classic.

Pepper Leper

Not to be trusted

I am a Pepper Leper. Accidentally ate some peppers hiding in a rainbow salad. The results: rolling around in agony, feeling like I was about to faint, cold and hot sweats, headache, runny nose (?!), debilitating stabbing pains and the rest. They look so sweet but they are evil.

Looking at all the London Marathon stories in the papers today and thinking I should try and get back to Portland and do a run to The Bill. It's so nice on a sunny day. But right now I think I might look a bit like these woman.
